Luxurious Home w/Hot Tub & Pool + Water Slide
This freshly painted (2025) tropical oasis is located in the Waterford Scripps Ranch community. The house has a large and inviting pool, a terrific slide for kids, a hot tub and a builtin BBQ. It's a perfect place for a family to relax and enjoy all that San Diego has to offer. It's a couple of miles from the lake w/ beautiful views, jogging, biking, canoeing, and more. It's centrally located in San Diego, less than 30 minutes from most things including downtown, the beaches, the Wild Animal Park and more.
This is a great home for a family get away. The waterside pool will provide endless hours of fun. Parties and events are not permitted.
Guest Access
Guests will have access to the entire house, other than a standalone 1 car garage. The two car garage will be available for guests.
Interaction with Guests
We're available and responsive via email, text and phone. Please note, there are no keys to lose or to return! This property provides secure, keyless entry with an August Smart Lock. You can lock and unlock the door with your smartphone, using a personal entry code issued to you for the duration of your stay. We provide keys as well though, in case that's your preference!
Other details to note
The pool and spa do not have safety covers and are not surrounded by gates. Adults must ensure safety for their kids by always being present and attentive. As well, the fire pit is on the ground and not protected, so kids must be watched when it is in use. The spa and pool can be reasonably heated. During colder months it is not guaranteed that the pool with heat up to desired temperatures. The tub in the primary bathroom does not function but there are tubs in two other bathrooms.

Beautifully decorated, newly built (2021) spacious and contemporary ~3500 sq ft Canyons Ridge townhome with 5 bedrooms and 5.5 bathrooms. The home is just a short walk (or use the free shuttle service) to the lifts; enjoy a day on the slopes and trails and ski back right to the home via the ski-in trail (*snow and mountain conditions permitting*) and relax in the eight person hot tub. Short walk to village for great food and entertainment. 12 minute car ride to Park City Main Street. Beautiful, contemporary, new, professionally decorated and ready for your enjoyment. Guests will have access to the entire home other than some locked cabinets and closets. The garage is small and will not fit cars longer than 17'. Two cars side by side can fit, but will be very tight. There is no street parking so at most two cars (not oversized) permitted. We live in San Diego and we are always available online and via phone/text to ensure a great guest experience. We have a local property manager available during your stay for any on site questions/issues.
