Local Guide

Park City

Our townhome sits right at Canyons Village with ski-in access in winter (snow conditions permitting) and trailhead access in summer. Park City manages to feel like a small mountain town while delivering world-class skiing, dining, and year-round outdoor recreation.

Winter — Skiing & Snowboarding

  • For experts — 9990 Steep, challenging terrain accessed from the top of the 9990 lift at Canyons. Some of the best expert skiing in the entire Park City resort system.
  • For intermediates — Dreamcatcher Well-groomed blue runs with great views. Long, wide cruisers that make you feel like you’re flying.
  • For families — Sunrise Gondola The brand-new Sunrise Gondola (installed 2025) whisks you up from Canyons Village with panoramic views. Gentle terrain and ski school nearby make it ideal for beginners and kids.
Getting to the lifts: The home has ski-in access via a groomed trail (snow conditions permitting), but to reach the lifts it’s a short walk to Canyons Village or a hop on the free on-demand shuttle (door-to-door, ski season only).
  • Deer Valley 12 minutes away. Impeccable grooming, limited daily tickets, and exceptional on-mountain dining. Skiers only — no snowboards allowed.
  • Alta 45 minutes away in Little Cottonwood Canyon. Legendary powder, steep terrain, old-school mountain feel. Also skiers only — no snowboards.
