Family-Run Vacation Homes
We’ve been hosting guests for over a decade — first as a way to share the places we love, now as a family business with three thoughtfully managed properties across the country.
We’re Thien and Gary, based in San Diego with our two kids. We bring the same care to each home that we’d want for our own family vacation: clean, comfortable spaces in great locations, stocked with everything you need to settle in from the moment you arrive.
What started as a single listing has grown into Benitt Rentals — a small collection of homes in San Diego, Park City, and New York City. Each property is personally selected and maintained. There’s no call center, no property management company in between. When you book with us, you’re dealing directly with the people who own the homes.
