The Home
Newly built in 2021, this ~3,500 sq ft Canyons Ridge townhome spans three levels with 5 bedrooms and 5.5 bathrooms. The main level features an open-concept kitchen with a large island and premium appliances, a gas fireplace, and Sonos sound system throughout. The primary suite has a king bed, steam room, and heated bathroom floors. Additional bedrooms include three queens and a bunk room (sleeps 4). The lower-level game room has a pop-a-shot, board games, and a 75" TV. Unwind in the 8-person hot tub on the private patio with mountain views.
Location & Seasons
Steps from the Canyons Village lifts — a short walk or hop on the free on-demand Canyons Village Connect shuttle (door-to-door, ski season only). A groomed ski-in trail returns directly to the home (subject to snow conditions). Park City Main Street is just 12 minutes away for dining, shopping, and nightlife. In summer, enjoy world-class mountain biking, hiking, the alpine coaster, and concerts at Deer Valley — Park City is a year-round destination.
Guest Access
Guests have access to the entire home including all bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, living areas, game room, office, patio, and hot tub. Some cabinets and closets are reserved for owner storage and clearly labeled. The garage accommodates two mid-size vehicles — large SUVs and trucks will not fit.

We REALLY enjoyed our time in Park City and staying in Gary's place was a big part of the experience. We appreciated his attention to every detail, his hospitality and the impeccable condition of the house. Many times pictures turn out to be nicer than the actual accommodation. In this case, the house is even nicer than it looks in the pictures. Highly recommended.

Gary’s condo is in great location in canyon village. The condo was perfect size for our group of 8 people. The kitchen is well equipped and the decor is very nice. Plenty of nice size bedrooms and bathrooms as described on Airbnb , Very large hot tub as well. Just a short distance to the village with a good selection of restaurants and ski rental options. The Sunrise Gondola is new this year and again just a short walk from the condo. Would definitely stay here again. No complaints

Our two families (10 total) had a wonderful vacation at this smart, modern, beautifully and thoughtfully appointed townhome. The layout was perfect for two couples and their young adult children. There was plenty of space for coats, gear, pantry items, etc. The location was fantastic. We mostly walked across the parking lot to get to the gondola or Canyons village, but occasionally took the free Canyons Village van (eg when it was raining). It's also easy to walk over to the village and take the Cabriolet lift down to the bus stop to get to Park City Mountain Resort or Main Street. Our kids really enjoyed the hot tub every day when they returned from the mountain. The hosts were super responsive. We would love to stay here again.

Great stay at this conveniently located, spacious townhome near the heart of Canyons village. This home definitely has that "new" feeling - very little wear and tear. Even the kitchen knives are sharp! Linens, furnishings, towels - everything was in tip top condition. Very spacious for your group of 8-10. Great common spaces with a very comfortable bed/bath set up. Easy (5 minute) walk to heart of Canyons village (Red Pine Gondola and Orange Bubble lift). Ski-in depending on snowfall (we were able to ski all the way to the townhouse). Great value for its location and quality.
