Scope

This policy covers STR Expert bookkeeping only — a private personal-use QuickBooks Online app operated by Gary Benitt / Benitt Rentals. It does not govern the Benitt Rentals guest booking website or guest personal data.

What is stored

The app stores OAuth tokens and QuickBooks Online accounting data solely to operate bookkeeping automation for the owner’s own companies: Canyons PC, Normanton Way, Kolumbus LLC, B Squared Ventures.

Use and sharing

  • Data is used only to run the owner’s bookkeeping workflows.
  • We do not sell data or share it with third parties, except Intuit / QuickBooks Online as required to operate the connection.
  • There are no advertisements and no advertising trackers in this app.

Security

OAuth tokens and accounting data are stored securely and accessed only by the owner to keep the bookkeeping automation running.
