STR Expert bookkeeping is licensed to Gary Benitt / Benitt Rentals for personal, non-transferable use with his own QuickBooks Online companies only (Canyons PC, Normanton Way, Kolumbus LLC, B Squared Ventures). It is not offered to the public and may not be sublicensed, sold, or used for third-party bookkeeping.
No warranty
The app is provided as-is, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Use is at the owner’s own risk.
Intuit trademarks
Intuit, QuickBooks, and QuickBooks Online are trademarks of Intuit Inc., used here only to describe the integration. Those marks belong to Intuit. This app is not endorsed by Intuit.
Not guest terms
These terms apply only to the private bookkeeping app. Benitt Rentals vacation rental bookings are governed by the separate guest terms on this site.
